The short version: your guest list lives in your own Google Drive. Kimon's servers never store it.

What Kimon is. Kimon is a mobile app that checks event guests in by scanning QR codes.

Where your data is.

• Guest list, check-ins, walk-ins, sessions are stored in a Google Sheet that Kimon creates in your Google Drive. Kimon reads and writes it with your own Google access token, on your phone. Kimon's servers do not receive, store or copy this data.
• What Kimon's server (Supabase, Singapore) stores: your account (Google e-mail, display name, language, optional Apple link), your events (name, dates, time zone, the Google Sheet's id), your team (invited e-mail addresses and their status), registered phones (name, last seen, number of unsent check-ins), notifications, push tokens, and your plan (Free / Event Pass / Pro).
• Third parties: Google (sign-in, Sheets, Drive), Apple (Sign in with Apple on iPhone), Supabase (hosting), Resend (sending invitation e-mails), Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), RevenueCat with the App Store / Google Play (purchases). Only your user id (a random UUID) and, for an Event Pass, the event id are sent to RevenueCat. No guest data is sent to any of them.

Google user data. Kimon requests two Google scopes: spreadsheets (read and write the Google Sheets you use with Kimon) and drive.file (create the event workbook and share it with your team; Kimon can only see files it created). Kimon does not read your other Drive files. Kimon's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, or to comply with law.

Team members. When you invite someone, Kimon shares the event's Google Sheet with their Google account (Editor) and e-mails them a link. Team members can read every column of the sheet, including guests' e-mail and phone numbers. Kimon hides those columns in its screens for staff, but this is not a security boundary. When you remove someone or finish or delete an event, Kimon removes their access to the sheet.

Retention and deletion. You can delete an event (the Google Sheet stays in your Drive) or your account (all metadata above is deleted; your Sheets are not touched) from the app. Staff phones delete an event's guest data when the person leaves or is removed, 7 days after the event finishes, or on sign-out, once nothing is waiting to be sent.

Your choices. You can revoke Kimon's access at any time in your Google Account settings. You can export your data from your own Google Sheet.

Children. Kimon is not directed to children under 13.

• Bên thứ ba: Google (đăng nhập, Sheets, Drive), Apple (Đăng nhập với Apple trên iPhone), Supabase (lưu trữ), Resend (gửi e-mail mời), Firebase Cloud Messaging (thông báo đẩy), RevenueCat cùng App Store / Google Play (thanh toán). RevenueCat chỉ nhận id người dùng (UUID ngẫu nhiên) và, với Event Pass, id sự kiện. Không dữ liệu khách nào được gửi cho họ.

Dữ liệu người dùng Google. Kimon xin hai quyền: spreadsheets (đọc/ghi các Google Sheet bạn dùng với Kimon) và drive.file (tạo workbook sự kiện và chia sẻ cho đội; Kimon chỉ thấy file do chính nó tạo). Kimon không đọc các file khác trong Drive. Việc dùng thông tin nhận từ Google API tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services, gồm yêu cầu Limited Use. Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu Google cho quảng cáo và không cho người đọc dữ liệu đó trừ khi bạn đồng ý, vì an ninh hoặc theo luật.

Thành viên đội. Khi bạn mời ai đó, Kimon chia sẻ Google Sheet của sự kiện cho tài khoản Google của họ (quyền Editor) và gửi e-mail kèm liên kết. Thành viên đọc được mọi cột của sheet, gồm e-mail và số điện thoại của khách. Kimon ẩn các cột này trên màn hình của staff, nhưng đó không phải ranh giới bảo mật. Bạn xoá sự kiện (Google Sheet vẫn ở Drive của bạn) hoặc tài khoản (toàn bộ metadata trên bị xoá; Sheet của bạn không bị đụng) ngay trong app. Máy của staff xoá dữ liệu khách của sự kiện khi người đó rời/bị gỡ, 7 ngày sau khi sự kiện kết thúc, hoặc khi đăng xuất — sau khi không còn gì chờ gửi.

Lựa chọn của bạn. Bạn thu hồi quyền của Kimon bất cứ lúc nào trong cài đặt tài khoản Google. Bạn xuất dữ liệu từ chính Google Sheet của mình.

Trẻ em. Kimon không hướng tới trẻ dưới 13 tuổi.
