What it does

• Scan QR codes in under a fraction of a second, even with no signal; check-ins sync when you are back online.
• Use a Google Sheet you already have, or let Kimon create one for the event in your Google Drive.
• Invite your team to scan on their own phones. Everyone sees the same live count.
• Print name badges and export attendance reports.

Your data, your Google account

Kimon asks Google for two permissions: spreadsheets to read your guest list and add check-in rows, and drive.file to create the event workbook and share it with your team. Kimon can only see files it created. Guest names, e-mails, phone numbers and check-ins are never stored on Kimon's servers. Read the privacy policy.
